Titan Contracting

Titan Contracting, one of the largest utility contractors in the world, had an incident that required the special handling of the Howard Law Group.  One of Titan Contracting’s employees was injured on the job as a result of the negligence of one of the subcontractors on the jobsite.  Serious injury resulted for which Titan paid hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical and worker’s compensation benefits.  The worker, after six surgeries, was likely never to be returned back to his past employment.  The subcontractor refused to accept any responsibility for the incident.  After a several week trial, the jury in one of the most conservative jurisdictions in the Midwest returned a verdict of 1.5 million dollars in favor of the employee and Titan against the subcontractor.
